Here are some solutions to common email problems that may help you resolve the problem.
1. Always double check your password.
2. The username will be email@example.com (replace "yourdomain.com" with your actual domain name).
3. Incoming (POP or IMAP) and outgoing (SMTP) server names = mail.yourdomain.com.
4. Make sure "my outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication" is CHECKED.
If the above is correct, proceed to check if the email is created in your cpanel control panel.
If these don't help:
Login to Webmail, check if you can receive and send emails from there. If yes, and your email was working right before, then the problem is either with your ISP or your email software is not properly setup. Please double check the first group of solutions to make sure the client is properly setup.
If you are unable to send/receive mail with Webmail, please open a ticket and we will look and see what's going on. Make sure you include all relevant information AND any applicable error messages.
